On March 14th 2016 Curtis Capital Group acquired the 312- unit Mill Valley apartments in Fort Worth, TX. for $19,000,000. The name has recently been changed to Arcadia.
For the last couple of years, we have targeted the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area because of its phenomenal job growth and business expansion. For two straight years it has led the nation in job growth. During that time, it has added over 200,000 new jobs.
With $2,500,000 earmarked for capital improvements to the interior and exterior Arcadia will transition into a market leader with first class amenities and finishes.
