Lexington Hills Sale

Curtis Capital Group recently completed the $22,250,000 sale of Lexington Hills, a 168-unit multifamily community located at 4116 Lexington Ave. S, Eagan, MN.  Purchased in 2013 for $13,500,000, the community underwent a $1.8 million renovation including a clubhouse expansion with an outdoor lounge, a remodel of the fitness center, updated outdoor swimming pool, a new fire pit, along with full unit renovations to approximately 97 of the 168 units.
